Filled pasta’s are snap frozen to capture the true flavors and freshness of the product without having to add any preservatives or colorings to enhance or extend shelf life.
Much attention is given to the all the ingredients that go into Yarra Valley Pasta, working closely with our suppliers to source the best quality. Ravioli change seasonally and is made using ricotta cheese from 100% dairy farm milk from the nearby towns of Gruyere and Coldstream.
