Ribbon Cut Pasta

Yarra Valley Pasta’s highly awarded fresh cut ribbon pasta is made daily. Certified free-range eggs from nearby Kinross Farms in Kinglake and a high quality GM – free durum wheat semolina sourced directly from a farm in northern NSW form the basis of all the pasta range.  Small, controlled batches are produced with the assistance of a small industrial pasta machine to ensure consistency and optimum quality of the pasta.
